General

What is UTMPro?

UTMPro is a link management and attribution platform. Create branded short links, track clicks with detailed analytics, manage UTM parameters, run A/B tests, and attribute conversions.

Is there a free plan?

Yes! The free plan includes 25 links/month, 1,000 events, 1 custom domain, and 30-day analytics retention.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. All plans support custom domains. Just add an A record pointing to our server IP and we'll verify it automatically.

Links

How long do links last?

Links are permanent by default. You can optionally set an expiration date on Pro+ plans.

Can I edit a link after creating it?

Yes. Click any link to view its detail page, then click "Edit Link" to modify destinations, UTM parameters, password, expiration, and social preview.

What redirect type does UTMPro use?

HTTP 302 (temporary redirect). This ensures search engines always check the short link first, giving you accurate analytics.

Analytics

How quickly do clicks show up?

Click data is batched and processed every 10 seconds. You should see clicks in analytics within 15 seconds of the click.

Can I share analytics publicly?

Yes. Each link has a public stats page at /stats/{externalId} that you can share with anyone.

Billing

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Billing Portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Free.

API

Does UTMPro have an API?

Yes. Full REST API available on Pro+ plans. See the API Reference for endpoints, authentication, and examples.

What are the rate limits?

Free: 60 req/min. Pro: 300. Business: 1,000. Advanced: 5,000.
